Who we are

Formacha Digital is a marketing firm based in Portland, Oregon. This policy covers the website at formacha.io. Questions about anything below go to team@formacha.io.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out an application form, book a call, email us, or otherwise contact us directly, we collect what you provide. Typically this is your name, business name, email address, phone number, and details about your company's situation. We collect this so we can respond to you and prepare for the conversation.

Information collected automatically. When you visit formacha.io, our hosting provider and analytics tools record standard web data: IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, pages visited, time on page, the page you arrived from, and similar technical signals. This is the same kind of data nearly every website records.

How we use it

We use what you give us to respond to your inquiry, prepare for and run discovery calls, send transactional emails related to your booking, and follow up on the conversation. If you opt in to a newsletter or content list, we use your email to send what you opted in to until you unsubscribe.

We use the automatically collected data to understand which pages perform well, where users get stuck, and how to make the site easier to use. We also use it to measure the performance of advertising campaigns that bring people to the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties we work with

We use third-party services to operate the site. Each one has its own privacy policy that governs the data it receives from us.

• Tally hosts the application forms embedded on our landing pages. Form submissions are stored with Tally and forwarded to us.
• Calendly handles appointment scheduling. When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and any details you provide on the booking form, and adds the event to both of our calendars.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel records page views and conversion events so we can measure the performance of paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Contentsquare (which now includes Hotjar) records anonymized session data, heatmaps, and scroll behavior so we can see how people interact with the site. Form fields are masked by default so we do not capture what you type.
• Hostinger hosts the site and keeps standard server logs of incoming requests.
• Email service providers are used to send transactional and opt-in email. Your email address is shared with them only for that purpose.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your theme preference, measure analytics, attribute conversions to ad campaigns, and run behavior analytics. You can clear cookies and disable them through your browser settings. Most of the site works fine without them, but some features (like remembering your theme) will reset on each visit.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to confirm what personal information we have about you, to send you a copy of it, to correct it, or to delete it. Email team@formacha.io and we will respond within 30 days.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. Use the same email address to make those requests. We do not sell personal information, so there is no opt-out of sale to enable.

If you are in the EU or UK, GDPR applies to the limited extent that you submit information to us. The same email address handles those requests.

Children

This site is for business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email team@formacha.io and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we update the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be reflected in updated copy. Older versions are not archived publicly. If you need a prior version for any reason, ask.
